CMS Spain advises WSP on the acquisition of BOD Arquitectura

CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo (CMS Spain) advised WSP Global, company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange, on the acquisition, through its subsidiary WSP Europe, of 100% of the share capital of BOD Arquitectura e Ingeniería, S.A., a company with a long history in the building market in Spain.
