CMS Portugal and Uria Menéndez in the purchase of a RE project in Lisbon
CMS Portugal advised Atenor in the purchase of a company that owns a project near the Campo Grande transport interface in Lisbon. The project covers an area of 8,373 m², and enables the construction of a building with about 14,000 m² of offices, 450 m² of retail and even parking.
CMS Portugal relied on a multidisciplinary team led by partner Sara Blanco de Morais (urban planning) and Francisco Xavier de Almeida (corporate m&a).
