CMS Portugal advises Pestana Group
The real estate team at CMS Portugal has advised the Pestana Group on the commercialisation of the Pestana Comporta development. The legal support included the commercialisation phase, ensuring the appropriate legal structuring of the operation and the project’s compliance with the legal framework applicable to tourism and real estate developments.
Located in the village of Comporta, two kilometres from the beach, Pestana Comporta Village Residences is a complex of 75 villas at Praia da Comporta.
The team was led by the coordinating partner of the real estate practice area, João Pinheiro da Silva (pictured), and also included the participation of senior associate Sandra Teixeira Arsénio, associate Carlos Henriques Saraiva and trainee lawyer Duarte Castro Rodrigues.
