The company expects to hire up to 100 highly qualified professionals in Lisbon, by the end of 2022.

The team from CMS Portugal advising on the deal, was led by Francisco Xavier de Almeida, partner in Corporate/M&A, and André Guimarães, associate in the same practice area.

Francisco Xavier de Almeida said: “It is a pleasure to work in advisory operations that help establish the most important technology companies in our country. It is a sign that Portugal, in this case Lisbon, is an important hub for these players, and that they favour CMS to help them settle here.”
