CMS Portugal advises CREST II Fund on BOL purchase
CMS Portugal advised the CREST II fund in an investment with SIC – Sociedade Independente de Comunicação, S.A, for the acquisition of a stake in the share capital of Etnaga – Consultores Sistemas de Informação, the company that owns the online ticketing service BOL.
