Javier Colino, global head of hospitality, travel & leisure at CMS
CMS has appointed Javier Colino, partner in its real estate practice in Spain, as global head of its hospitality, travel & leisure group.
This is the first time that the global leadership of the group is held by a partner from the firm’s Spanish office. In his new role, Colino will focus on developing global client relationships and coordinating cross-border work across the group.

Javier Colino advises domestic and international investors on transactions combining corporate, financial and real estate elements, with a focus on operational real estate, including hotels, student housing and flex living projects.
He joined CMS in 2021.
