CMS counsels Boluda Towage in the acquisition of the tug group SMS Towage
CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo has advised Boluda Towage on the acquisition of the tug group SMS Towage, one of the main players in the British towage market, operating in the ports of Humber, Bristol Channel, Belfast, Portsmouth and Tees.
With this operation, the Boluda Group reinforces its presence in the United Kingdom, being a further step towards strengthening its global network and connecting its activities in this region, as a global leader in towage and sustainable maritime services.
