CMS Coordinates Publication on Economic Crimes & Investigations
The former senior prosecutor for economic crime at the Madrid Public Prosecutor’s Office and current partner at CMS‘s Procesal area, Enrique Remon Peñalver (pictured left), has overseen the publication of the book “Delitos patrimoniales y su investigación: especial referencia a la responsabilidad penal de la persona jurídica y a la Fiscalía Europea” (“Property Crimes and their Investigation: Special Reference to Criminal Liability of Legal Entities and the European Public Prosecutor’s Office”).
The book, with a foreword by CMS’s head of the Procesal and Arbitraje department, Carlos Aguilar (pictured right), focuses on practical aspects of criminal offenses of a patrimonial nature.
