CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo advises Pomona on the acquisition of Vascofrigo
CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo has advised the Pomona Group in the acquisition of Vascofrigo, a company specialized in the distribution of food products in the Basque Country.
With this transaction, the Spanish subsidiary of the French group Pomona, leader in the distribution of products to the hotel and catering industry in France, achieves the objective of continuing its expansion in the north of Spain.
The firm has advised the client both in the drafting of a shareholders’ agreement and in the share purchase agreement.
The transaction has been led by of counsel Carlos Peña, the lawyers David Jódar (principal) and Alejandra Martín, from the Corporate / M&A area, and by the lawyer of the Competition area, Eduardo Crespo.
