CMS and Ceca Magán advise on Nivel IV acquisition

Zvoove, a leading provider of software and AI solutions for the temporary recruitment, private security and cleaning sectors in Europe and Latin America, has acquired Nivel IV, a leading provider of software for the temporary recruitment sector in Spain.

Thistransaction follows zvoove’s acquisition of Freematica in 2024, on which the firm CMS also advised. With both companies now integrated into the group, zvoove becomes one of the market leaders in Spain. Nivel IV, a benchmark company in the Spanish sector for many years, provides services to more than 200 companies such as Crit, Nortempo, Marlex and Hays with tailor-made solutions that help temporary employment agencies comply with regulations, digitise their operations and grow efficiently.

With this latest acquisition, zvoove now serves more than 7,700 customers. They currently manage more than 3 million employees, 21 billion euros in annual payrolls and more than 3 million applications per year through their platform. zvoove employs 825 people in 22 locations in Europe and Latin America.
