CMS advises on the acquisition of the Finnish company Yxpila Hinaus-Bogsering (YHB)
CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo has advised Boluda Towage in its expansion strategy in Northern Europe with the acquisition of the Finnish company Yxpila Hinaus-Bogsering (YHB), which provides port towage and icebreaking services in the Baltic Sea.
The team advising on the transaction was led by partners César Albiñana and Ignacio Cerrato together with of counsel Antonio Pino and paralegal Pilar Sánchez del Río, all from the corporate M&A area.
