CMS advises on acquisition of 13 logistics assets valued €509M

CMS advised a joint venture formed by VGP and Areim on the acquisition of 13 logistics assets in 7 countries, two of which are located in Portugal, in a transaction valued at €509 million. The acquisition was carried out through a share deal.

To advise on the purchase and financing transaction, CMS Portugal relied on a multidisciplinary team composed of partners Francisco Xavier de Almeida (Corporate M&A), João Pinheiro da Silva (Real Estate) and Sara de Almeida Barroso (Urban Planning), with the participation of senior associate André Guimarães (Corporate M&A), associates Francisca Pereira da Cruz (Corporate M&A), Inês Machado da Silva (Urban Planning), Luã Brito Malta (Real Estate), and trainees Duarte de Castro Rodrigues (Real Estate) and Mariana Gonçalves Ribeiro (Corporate M&A).
