CMS advises Labelys Group on Etiquel purchase
CMS Francis Lefebvre and CMS Portugal have advised, on a cross border deal, the Labelys Group on the purchase of Etiquel, a Portuguese company that works in the production of self-adhesive labels for the wine sector. Labelys Group is an European player in creating, designing and printing adhesive labels, with companies in France, Spain and Switzerland.
The dealing group
CMS Francis Lefebvre had the participation of partner Arnaud Hugot (pictured left) and associates Antoine Melchior and Inès Seguin. CMS Portugal team was led by Corporate M&A partner Francisco Xavier de Almeida (pictured right), and also included senior associate André Guimarães and associate Ana Rita Santos.
