CMS advises Delin Property on the acquisition of two logistics sites in Madrid
CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo has advised Delin Property on the acquisition of two sites in the Community of Madrid for logistics projects, thereby reinforcing the company’s strategic commitment to the Spanish market and its positioning in prime logistics locations.
The first asset is a 12,500 square metre plot located in San Fernando de Henares, where the company plans to build an industrial warehouse. The second asset, located in the Vicálvaro district of Madrid and covering an area of 13,700 square metres, will be the site of a logistics platform.
These acquisitions represent a strategic move for Delin Property, which on this occasion has invested for its own balance sheet, following the transactions carried out last summer in Spain for an institutional investor.
The transaction was led by Real Estate partner Javier Colino and senior associate Beatriz Madrigal, with the support of lawyers from the same area, Rodrigo García-Escorial de León and Marián Moya.
