CMS advises Cicor Group on the acquisition of MADES
CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo has advised Cicor Group, a globally operating electronics solutions provider listed on the SIX Swiss Echange, on the acquisition of MADES (Malaga Aerospace, Defense & Electronic Systems), a Spanish company specialized in electronics for the aerospace and defense sectors.
With this transaction, the Swiss multinational, which has more than 3,400 employees and operates in 21 countries, enters the Spanish market and strengthens its leadership in electronic design and manufacturing services for the fast-growing European defense industry.
Pending regulatory approvals, the deal is expected to close in the second half of 2025.

The transaction has been led by partner Luis Miguel de Dios, senior associate Jorge Peris and associate Candela Villa, in addition to CMS Germany office partner Hendrick Hirsch and counsel Maxine Notstain, all from the CMS M&A group.
