CMS advises Beka on its integration with CIMD Intermoney
CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo has advised Beka Financial Markets Holdings on the sale of its holdings in Beka Credit, Beka Titulización, and Beka Asset Management to the CIMD Group (Corretaje e Información Monetaria y de Divisas).
This operation is part of the integration process between CIMD Intermoney and the group.
The transaction was led by corporate and M&A partner Ignacio Zarzalejos, together with associate Ana Vázquez, from the same area.
