Clifford Chance names Felipe Font and Jesús Quesada as Partners

Clifford Chance has announced the promotion of two new partners in its Madrid office, effective May 1. Felipe Font and Jesús Quesada are among 31 new partners named globally by the firm.

Felipe Font joined Clifford Chance as an associate in 2011 and was promoted to counsel in 2022. He specializes in restructuring transactions, special situations, and real estate financing. He holds a dual degree in Law and Business Administration from the Complutense University of Madrid and advises companies, financial institutions, and funds—both national and international—across sectors such as real estate, consumer goods, finance, and food.

Jesús Quesada, who joined the firm in 2007 and was also promoted to counsel in 2022, focuses on structured finance and private credit. He holds a dual degree in Law and Business Administration from the Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE). His expertise includes securitizations, portfolio acquisitions and financings, receivables finance, private credit, and other asset-backed financings. Quesada advises clients in the real estate, financial services, entertainment, and sports sectors.
