Clifford Chance names Andrés Berral counsel in Spain
Clifford Chance has promoted Andrés Berral to counsel in its Madrid office, effective 1 May 2026, as part of a series of senior counsel and counsel appointments across the firm’s European network.
Berral is a member of the firm’s real estate practice and focuses on acquisition and disposal of real estate assets — including REO portfolios — as well as urban planning and the structuring and formation of joint ventures for real estate development projects.

The new appointments span all practice areas across Clifford Chance’s European offices, covering Real Estate, M&A, Antitrust, Private Capital, Technology, Tax and Litigation.
