Clifford Chance has successfully advised CSP Iberian Valencia Terminal, S.A.U., controlled by COSCO Shipping Ports, on the refinancing of its debt. Located at the Prince Felipe and East Piers of the Port of Valencia, this terminal is a crucial logistics hub and the main container port in the Mediterranean.
