Clifford Chance and Pérez-Llorca advise on the investment in the new fund raised by Lanza Capital

Clifford Chance and Pérez-Llorca have advised on the investment in the new fund raised by Lanza Capital (formerly known as Firmum Capital) focused on the operation and acquisition of parking lots. The new fund raised by Lanza Capital is a follow-on fund, in which Brookfield Asset Management and Partners Group have become its anchor investors.

The new fund has acquired a portfolio of 110 off-street car parks with over 43,000 car park spaces located throughout Spain. In addition to the portfolio acquired, the fund has additional capital for new acquisitions.

This investment is part of Brookfield Infrastructure Structure Solutions focusing on flexible, non-control capital for infrastructure asset owners.
