Clifford Chance and Allen & Overy instructed on Merlin Properties-Saba Parques Logisticos deal

Clifford Chance advised Merlin Properties SOCIMI on the acquisition of Saba Parques Logisticos, which instructed Allen & Overy.

 

The deal was valued at €150 million, according to Mergermarket data.

Spanish stock exchange-listed Merlin Properties SOCIMI specialises in the acquisition and management of commercial assets on the Iberian Peninsula.

The company has a market capitalisation of €3.35 billion.
