Clifford Chance advises Room Mate on the acquisition of a hotel group in Valencia

Clifford Chance has advised Room Mate (owned by TPG Angelo Gordon and Westment Hospitality) on the acquisition of the “Staying Valencia” group, which has a portfolio of 10 hotel establishments and 2 projects in Valencia.

Following this transaction, Room Mate will operate 32 properties in Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, the
UK and Turkey.

This transaction, together with other transactions closed in recent months, demonstrates Clifford Chance’s continued involvement in some of the most complex and relevant real estate/corporate projects in the European market and the hospitality sector as one of its main areas of expertise.
