Clifford Chance advises on the €37m green refinancing of a wind farm sponsored by Forestalia group
Clifford Chance has advised Banco Santander on the green project refinancing of approximately EUR37 million in relation to the existing debt of the wind farm “Las Majas VI A”, with a total nominal capacity of 49.5 MW, sponsored by the Forestalia Group.
The cross-practice team was led by global financial markets partner José Guardo, together with associates Gabriel Miranda, Claudia de Olaran and Lucía Dominguez. They counted with the support of associates Mónica Romero and Julia Hernández (Regulatory), Clara Ortells (Real Estate), as well as senior associate Ángel Muñoz (Derivatives).
