Clifford Chance advises on the €350m financing of three solar PV projects of ib vogt

Clifford Chance has advised international renewable energy development platform ib vogt as sponsor on a project financing for circa EUR 350 million granted by Banco Santander, BBVA and Norddeutsche Landesbank – Girozentrale – for the construction, operation and maintenance of three solar PV projects. The solar portfolio includes three plants located in Segovia (Spain), namely Serbal (174 MWp), Castaño (134 MWp) and Pato (110 MWp).

The team was led by global financial markets partner José Guardo, together with senior associate Eduardo Sánchez and associates Antonio Sánchez-Cirujano, María González and Juan Conde-Pumpido (all pictured). Senior Associate Ángel Muñoz advised on derivatives related matters.
