Clifford Chance advises on the acquisition of F.C. Barcelona’s TV rights
Clifford Chance has advised the US investment firm, Sixth Street, on the acquisition of a 10% share of F.C. Barcelona’s LaLiga TV rights for 25 years and on a subsequent acquisition of an additional 15% share.
Last 30 June they closed the first transaction and on 22 July the second one. By this deal, Sixth Street will receive 25% of the Club’s LaLiga TV rights for the next 25 years.
