Clifford Chance advises Inetum on the signing of a €350 million securitisation financing in France and Spain

Clifford Chance has advised Inetum on its €350 million securitisation programme, in which Crédit Agricole CIB acted as arranger and in which the group’s French and Spanish companies participated.

This transaction will enable Inetum to strengthen its available liquidity by €135 million, optimise its financing costs and reduce the seasonality of its working capital requirements.

The transaction was led by a cross-border team, with the participation of Jesús Quesada Ruiz, Mariana Ceballos Prieto and Alejandro Gómez-Coronado Castillo from Spain.
