Clifford Chance advises Banco Santander on a loan granted to Greenalia
Clifford Chance has advised Banco Santander on a loan granted to the majority shareholder of Greenalia to acquire its shares in the context of its delisting takeover bid with respect to BME Growth.
Founded in 2013, Greenalia is a firm specialised in the promotion and production of electrical energy through biomass installations, the company is vertically integrated from the origin of the raw material to the production of energy.
