Clifford Chance advises Alba on €4.8bn Verisure deal
Clifford Chance advised Madrid-based investment company Corporación Financiera Alba on the acquisition of a 7.5 per cent stake in Verisure Securitas from Hellman & Friedman (H&F).
The transaction was valued at €4.8 billion.
Verisure Securitas is a company that provides security alarms for residential properties and small businesses in Europe.
The Madrid-based Clifford Chance team advising on the transaction was led by Samir Azzouzi (pictured), and included Jaime Velázquez, Pablo Hernández, Roberto Grau, Julia Villalón, Diego Domenech and Clara Iglesias.
