Clifford Chance acts for Agrolimen on Continental Foods Group deal

Clifford Chance advised Spanish multinational food conglomerate Agrolimen on negotiations with CVC for the acquisition of Continental Foods Group.

Continental Foods Group has an annual turnover of €400 million. The company has more than 1,000 employees and operates in Belgium, France, Germany, Sweden and Finland. It is owner of consumer brands such as Liebig, Royco, D&L, Erasco and Blå Band.

Continental Foods Group has been valued at €850 million.
