Clifford advises BentallGreenOak on its facility agreement with Santander for RE project

Clifford Chance has advised BentallGreenOak on a facility agreement with Banco Santander in connection with the development of a residential project in Nuevo Mahou-Calderón

Clifford Chance has advisded global investment platform and integrated real estate services manager BentalllGreenOak on the execution of a facility agreement with Banco Santander in connection with the development of a residential project, called Stellae, in Madrid, with 224 residential units located in the area of the APE 02.027 Nuevo Mahou-Calderón.

The Specific Planning Area (APE) “Nuevo Mahou-Calderón”, is located in the municipal district of Arganzuela, to the southwest of the city centre, within the boundary of Calle 30. Specifically, the area in which the action is planned belongs to the neighbourhood called “Imperial”, located to the north of the district of Arganzuela, to the southwest of the city centre. Imperial, located to the north of the district and situated on the old terraces of the river Manzanares.
