Cláudia Trindade joins BMA as a litigation consultant

BMA has announced that Cláudia Trindade has joined its litigation team as a consultant. She brings extensive experience in civil, commercial, corporate, insolvency and business restructuring, employment, and criminal law, having previously worked as a solo practitioner.

Trindade holds a law degree (2010), a master’s (2014), and a Ph.D. in Law (2024) from the University of Lisbon. Since 2011, she has been a lecturer at the same institution, teaching subjects such as civil procedure law, general theory of civil law, and property law. She is also a researcher at the Private Law Research Center (CIDP) and a prolific author, with publications in civil law and procedure.

Previously, she served as head of litigation at Macedo Vitorino (2020-2023) and worked as an associate at CMS Portugal and Sérvulo & Associados.
