Clara Cerdán Molina joins Famar Group as CLO
As Iberian Lawyer can anticipate Clara Cerdán Molina is joining Famar Group as chief legal officer, secretary to the board of directors and member of the management committee.
Her move marks a new step in a career spanning several highly regulated sectors, including energy, infrastructure, real estate and food and beverage, before entering the pharmaceutical industry.
The profile
Cerdán was general counsel and secretary to the board of García Carrión, which she joined from Solarig Global Services, where she served as director of legal affairs. Earlier in her career, she was general counsel and secretary to the board at Ferroglobe, and held senior legal roles at Sacyr Vallehermoso, including head of the real estate legal department and head of international affairs.
Beyond her in-house career, Cerdán has built a recognised profile in the Spanish legal market as co-founder and vice-president of Women in a Legal World (WLW) and co-founder of Más Cultura del Acuerdo (MCA).
