Cerejeira Namora advises on AD Baião’s new sports company

Cerejeira Namora, Marinho Falcão has advised on the establishment of AD Baião’s sports joint-stock company (SAD). The new sports management entity results from the legal incorporation of the senior men’s football team, marking a new phase in the sporting life of Associação Desportiva de Baião’s senior football, now equipped with a key organisational tool for the future effective management of senior sport. The new entity will be called Associação Desportiva de Baião SAD (ADB Futebol SAD).

This operation positions Associação Desportiva de Baião’s senior football — now competing in the Elite Division of the Porto Football Association — with an organisational model capable of propelling senior football to new heights in the city of Baião. The new presidency, led by Tiago Freitas, who has been in office for about a year, has been working on modernising and projecting the future of ADB. The election project stated that the club’s future would rely on modernisation and resource allocation, including renovation of the pitch, promotion to the Elite Division, obtaining the 3-Star Training Entity certification awarded by the Portuguese Football Federation, and the creation of a senior women’s team, informs Cerejeira.
