Ceca Magán opens office in Valencia

Ceca Magán Abogados has opened a new office in Valencia, a move the firm describes as strategic to strengthen its capacity to support companies operating in the Valencian Community and across the Mediterranean economic corridor.

The new office

The new base increases its footprint to six locations in Spain: Madrid, Barcelona, Seville, Vigo, the Canary Islands and Valencia. The Valencia office will initially provide advice in tax and international mobility, with the rest of the firm’s strategic practices to be incorporated progressively, in line with the services offered in its other offices. The new office will be led by Rafael Villena Badía, a professional with a solid track record in tax and international matters. His profile focuses on international taxation and tax planning, with experience advising companies on cross-border operations and complex corporate structures.

The firm linked the decision to Valencia’s economic weight and its position in sectors such as agribusiness, logistics, technology and renewable energy, noting the region’s role in attracting investment and generating opportunities for national and international companies.

The opening follows what the firm described as a strong financial year. Ceca Magán Abogados surpassed €30m in revenues in 2025, representing 21% growth year on year, and reported cumulative growth of 160% over the last five years.
