Ceca Magán hires Juan Manuel Castillo as a new partner

Ceca Magán Abogados announces the incorporation of Juan Manuel Castillo, formerly of Andersen, as a new partner in the Commercial Law and M&A department, together with Gonzalo Soler, who joins the team as a senior associate.

With more than 14 years of experience, Castillo is a renowned lawyer in the field of mergers and acquisitions (M&A), venture capital, corporate governance and stock market transactions. He has repeatedly advised private equity funds, national and international investors and companies from various sectors on complex transactions, providing a strategic, technical and business-oriented vision.

The new partner comes from Andersen, where he was director of the commercial and M&A area. He has previously worked at law firms such as DAYA Abogados and Ramón y Cajal.

Gonzalo Soler

Gonzalo Soler has a solid track record at national and international firms, with extensive experience in M&A transactions both in Spain and cross-border. He has participated in corporate restructuring processes, complex corporate transactions and transactions with a strong international component. His practice also includes corporate secretarial services, providing rigorous management of day-to-day corporate affairs and ensuring high standards of regulatory compliance and good governance.
