Ceca Magán appoints Francisco Esteban Bernal as managing partner in Seville
Ceca Magán Abogados announces the incorporation of Francisco Esteban Bernal, formerly at DWF-RCD, as a new partner in the Corporate and Contract Law area. He joins the firm along with his team, lawyers Antonio Jesús Toscano and Francisco Javier Cabacas. Their arrival strengthens the firm’s presence in Seville, where it has been operating since October 2021.

Francisco Esteban Bernal holds a Law degree from the University of Seville and a Master’s Degree in Corporate Legal Consultancy from the Instituto de Estudios Cajasol. His expertise spans corporate litigation, M&A, venture capital, and real estate transactions. In addition, he currently serves as secretary of the board for over 10 prominent companies across various industries.
Alongside lawyers Antonio Jesús Toscano and Francisco Javier Cabacas, Bernal has gained extensive experience in handling complex litigation and insolvency cases in recent years.
