Ceca Magán adds two new directors to its litigation area
Ceca Magán has added María Hidalgo Parga (pictured left) and Juan Francisco Gutiérrez Garrido (pictured right) as new directors in the litigation department.
Hidalgo Parga and Gutiérrez Garrido will be in charge of the management of the division specialised in the insurance sector and legal advice for insurance companies.
With more than 20 years of experience, María Hidalgo Parga has a law degree from the San Pablo-CEU University and specialises in judicial and extrajudicial advice to insurers and insured parties in property damage claims, loss of profits, civil liability, aviation and procedural law.
Juan Francisco Gutiérrez Garrido has a law degree from the Complutense University of Madrid and a master’s degree in tax consultancy from Garrigues. He has provided advice on insurance and reinsurance matters and defended large insurance companies in all types of claims in the industrial, professional, health and employers’ sectors, among others.
