CCS Abogados exceeds 13 million euros in turnover
CCS Abogados has closed the 2024 financial year with a turnover of 13.1 million euros, which represents a growth of 92% over the previous year.
Jaime Concheiro, managing partner of CCS Abogados, highlights: “Our growth not only reflects the trust of our clients, but also the team’s commitment to excellence and innovation. We tackle large-scale and legally complex litigation with a unique combination of legal strategy and advanced technology, which allows us to successfully tackle complex cases such as the trucking cartel, the céntimo sanitario and, now, the claim against Booking. We remain committed to a model of advocacy that blends efficiency and expertise, and that guarantees effective results in defense of those who have suffered damages due to anti-competitive practices.”

Throughout its trajectory, the firm has handled large collective litigation, such as the truck cartel claim in 2017, the Spanish Confederation of Freight Transport (CETM) selected the firm, after a competitive process with 15 law firms and 5 litigation funds, to represent 5,750 transport companies owning 37,000 trucks in its claim against the truck cartel.
To date, the firm has obtained more than 4,100 favorable rulings at first instance, managing an unprecedented volume of data: more than 100,000 documents and 2 million data processed. This case posed a legal and technological challenge, which CCS Abogados tackled with Truck Data Intelligence (TDI), a platform specifically designed for the management of mass litigation in the transportation sector.
The most recent and largest case faced by CCS Abogados is the claim against Booking for anti-competitive contractual clauses imposed on Spanish hotels. In 2024, the Spanish Confederation of Hotels and Tourist Accommodations (CEHAT) entrusted CCS Abogados to represent its 16,000 associated companies in what is shaping up to be a litigation of great impact on the tourism sector.
Technology
The Booking case exceeds in complexity and volume the trucking cartel case, and the firm has been preparing for more than a year with the development of a new advanced technological platform. In addition, CCS Abogados coordinates its actions with the European Hotel Association HOTREC and through a joint venture with the German law firm SGP Schneider Geiwitz, which has litigated against Booking in Germany, Holland and before the EU Court of Justice.
In line with its commitment to the digital transformation of the legal sector, CCS Abogados presented in 2024 Litigation Data Intelligence (LDI), a cloud platform that integrates Artificial Intelligence, advanced data analysis and procedural management. This solution represents an evolution of Truck Data Intelligence (TDI), successfully used in the handling of thousands of litigations related to the trucking cartel, adapted to the new challenges of the Booking case.
