CBRE acquires Parque Corredor in Madrid for €250M: advisors

CBRE Investment Management has acquired Parque Corredor, one of the main shopping centres in the eastern area of the Madrid metropolitan region, from Redevco y Ares through a fund managed by its direct investment division. Redevco y Ares was advised by Pérez-Llorca, Cushman Wakefield, Optima, and Garrigues. CBRE was advised by RPE, EY, Linklaters, and JLL.

Opened in 1995, the shopping centre is one of the largest in the eastern metropolitan area of Madrid, covering 123,000 square metres. It houses brands such as Primark, Zara, Ikea, and MediaMarkt. The transaction is valued at around €250 million, according to Europa Press.

On Linklaters’ side, the team advising this operation was composed of Adolfo Guerrero (partner), Juan Vera and Rosario Bernáldez (managing associates).

On Pérez-Llorca’s side, the team was composed of Jesús Varela (real estate partner), Enrique Delgado and Gabriela Ruiz-Gallardón (real estate lawyers).
