Casadeley Strengthens Madrid Office with Two Key Hires

Casadeley Abogados, a law firm specializing in advising companies and public administrations, has bolstered its Madrid office with the addition of two prominent lawyers: Roberto Domingo Gómez and Juan Ignacio Gil. These new hires significantly enhance the firm’s capabilities across key practice areas.

Roberto Domingo Gómez brings over 28 years of experience in sectors such as graphic arts, construction, and private equity, and has served as legal head for a pilots’ union for the past 11 years. He led negotiations for more than five collective agreements with major airlines, establishing himself as an expert in labor and sector-specific law.

Juan Ignacio Gil, a member of the Madrid Bar Association, joins to strengthen the firm’s commercial litigation department. His background includes representing top-tier financial institutions, investment funds, and companies in the financial sector. He has also worked on major asset acquisition processes, credit portfolios, debt recovery, and insolvency matters.

These additions are part of a broader generational transition within Casadeley Abogados. Álvaro, Diego, and Claudia San Martín have taken over the firm’s leadership from their father, Javier San Martín, a nationally recognized labor lawyer and former president of the General Council of Social Graduates.

With over 30 years of experience and offices in León, Oviedo, and Madrid, the firm boasts a team of more than 40 professionals offering comprehensive services in areas such as labor, civil, commercial, criminal, administrative, and intellectual property law. The intellectual property department is headed by Claudia San Martín.
