Caro & Asociados lands in Spain

Caro & Asociados, a law firm specialized in economic and corporate criminal law and compliance boutique in Peru, has announced its arrival in Spain. Richard Aguilar will be the partner in charge of the Madrid office, located at José Ortega y Gasset 22.

Richard Aguilar: the partner at the helm of the Madrid office

Aguilar, Peruvian by birth, is an expert in Digital Rights, Cybersecurity and Compliance, among others. He is a Lawyer, Doctor in Law and Professor at the University of Barcelona, with more than 10 years of practice in corporate matters, within a law firm in Barcelona.

His experience and knowledge of the Spanish and European legal environment will be key assets for the Spanish office. “It is an honor to lead the Madrid office and contribute to the expansion of Caro & Asociados in Europe, while at the same time helping to strengthen ties between my two homelands: Peru and Spain,” says Richard.
