Cremades & Calvo-Sotelo has announced the appointment of Carlos Martínez-Cava Arenas as the new partner and director of their Labor Law Department.
Martínez-Cava brings with him a wealth of experience and a distinguished professional career. He has joined the firm at the beginning of the year with a notable client portfolio and a reputation for excellence in labor law.
Since 1996, he has been practicing law independently with his own firm. Over the years, he has built a client portfolio comprising major corporate groups such as ALSA, VIAMED, PERMASTEELISA, Marceliano Martín, ROAN, SAMAR, GENESIS CARE, and SANYRES.
Specializing in labor law across all its branches, Martínez-Cava has handled complex employment regulation files and participated in collective bargaining negotiations in the healthcare sector in Aragón and La Rioja.
