Portuguese law firm Cardigos has strengthened its public law, regulatory and competition team with the recruitment of two new counsels: João Paulo Teixeira de Matos and Pedro Santos Azevedo.
Teixeira de Matos joins from Iuris Advocates. He was previously founding partner of Leonidas, Matos & Associados (now Garrigues Portugal).
Santos Azevedo was previously legal counsel to the Autoridade Naci de Comunicaçoes.
