Cases & Lacambra has advised Grupo Dani García on its expansion to the US amidst COVID-19 crisis
Within a very complex economic context for international projects, Cases & Lacambra has advised Grupo Dani García on its expansion to the US. The Joint Venture agreement between Grupo Dani García (Spanish three-Michelin-star chef culinary brand with restaurants like Lobito de Mar and BiBo) and SBE (Accor Group luxury hotel branch) ―through its subsidiary C3― plans to open 115 restaurants during the next five years with two concepts: Casa Dani by Dani García ―a full-service dining concept― and Minük by Dani García ―a fast-casual concept―.
Cases & Lacambra´s teams in Spain and in the US have advised Grupo Dani García on all phases of the transaction. The team has been led by Bojan Radovanovic from Madrid (pictured left) and coordinated by Daniela Pretus in Miami (pictured right).
