Buenavista incorporates María Redondo as legal director
Buenavista Equity Partners has appointed María Redondo López as director of legal affairs, strengthening the firm’s legal function and providing cross-functional support to its different teams.
Redondo has extensive experience advising on financing transactions, with particular expertise in private equity, energy and infrastructure. In her new role, she will work across Buenavista’s different teams and provide legal support to the firm’s investment activities.
The appointment comes as Buenavista continues to develop its investment platform. The firm manages more than €1.3 billion across private equity, infrastructure and venture capital strategies, with a focus on the middle-market segment.

Redondo has more than a decade of experience in financial and corporate legal advice. Since June 2023, she has served as Senior Legal Counsel at Solaria Energía y Medio Ambiente, where she has been responsible for legal advice on financing, M&A, data centres, PPAs and corporate transactions.
