Broseta incorporates Rubén Aísa as M&A partner
Broseta has hired Rubén Aísa, from Almadraba Capital Holding, as a new partner in the area of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) in the Madrid office.
In the words of Rosa Vidal, managing partner of Broseta, “Rubén’s recognized experience in advising companies in merger and acquisition processes strengthens our commitment to help our clients in particularly complex situations”.

With more than 20 years of experience, Aísa has extensive experience in the field of Corporate M&A after having developed his professional career in the international legal and financial sector.
His extensive career includes a period at Cuatrecasas and his time as a senior manager of the international group Morabanc, where he was deputy general manager of the banking group. During his time as a director, he has been a member of numerous boards of directors of both regulated and non-regulated entities in Spain, Andorra, the United States, Luxembourg and Switzerland.
The new partner holds a law degree and a degree in EU law from the University of Zaragoza, a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from ISDE and a PDG from IESE Business School; he has also taught and collaborated with prestigious institutions such as ESADE.

Strategic reinforcement of the M&A area
Broseta boosts one of its main areas, M&A. In the last year it has advised on operations such as the acquisition of Valle Solar by Saeta Yield, advising the latter. In turn, to the companies Coycama and Becrisa in the commercial and tax aspects of a majority acquisition by the private equity fund Nazca Capital.
