Broseta Portugal, Sociedade de Advogados, will cease to be an independent company, becoming one more of the company’s physical offices, incorporated into the management of the rest of the firm’s structure. For Manuel Broseta, chairman of Broseta, “within the framework of the Broseta Horizon 25 Strategic Plan, this is a further step in the promotion and consolidation of the firm’s position as an Iberian firm of reference, and a commitment to this path of international growth after the road travelled since the incorporation of Broseta Portugal almost five years ago”.
Álvaro Roquette Morais, the firm’s current managing partner in the portuguese market, will continue to head the portuguese office, and adds to this position that of partner of Broseta with a seat as a member of the Board of Directors in Spain. According to Roquette, “this is the satisfactory, expected and desired result after the trajectory of our establishment in the portuguese market, which takes another step forward with the full integration of the firm”.
These changes represent the full assumption of the Broseta brand in the portuguese market, as a natural evolution of the trajectory in the Iberian market, after the constant organic and corporate growth; and the solid financial results since the constitution of Broseta Portugal. The Lisbon office has tripled its turnover since its opening in 2018.
For Rosa Vidal, Managing Partner of Broseta, “these changes in the corporate structure respond to a new cycle of expansion of our activities in Portugal, for which the commitment to technology and talent will be key factors for growth”.
