Broseta advises Tess Defence on Indra’s acquisition of a majority stake in its share capital

Broseta has advised Tess Defence in the process of acquisition of 51.001% of its share capital by Indra, which thus becomes the majority shareholder of the company.

The firm has acted in this process to guarantee the interests of Tess Defence and has collaborated with the partners – Indra, Sapa Placencia, Escribano Mechanical & Engineering (EM&E) and Santa Bárbara Sistemas – to ensure the success of the corporate operation.

Tess Defence is the company that leads, among others, the 8×8 Dragon wheeled combat vehicle (RCV) programme for the Spanish Army.

Rosa María Vidal Monferrer (partner), Gil Manuel Perea Crespillo (senior associate), Jorge Múgica Querejeta (associate) and Gonzalo Villar Roldán (lawyer) participated in the operation.
