Broseta advises on the sale of the former Doga plant in Navarra
Broseta has advised Doga, a company dedicated to the manufacture of automotive components, in the sale of its former plant in Navarra to Forminsa, a precision metal stamping company.
One of the first corporate operations of the new year in the Catalan industry. The sale of the factory dedicated to metal stamping for automotive companies and operates under the name of Metal Parts Orcoyen (MPO) since its exit from the perimeter of Doga.
Forminsa will triple its turnover, since MPO exceeded twenty million euros in turnover, while the company managed by Josep Codina had a turnover of ten million last year.
