Broseta advises on Miriad Global’s alliance with Ferrimax
Broseta has advised Miriad Global, a new player in the defence industry promoted by Funditec, on its alliance with Ferrimax to produce armoured barges for the defence technology company’s land drones.
Through the signing of a memorandum of understanding, the alliance with Ferrimax forms part of Miriad Global’s dual strategy, which combines its own production in Spain of critical subsystems such as artificial intelligence, electronics, optronics and weapon stations with the co-production of open architecture scalable industrial programmes with other partners.
The Corporate M&A team involved in the transaction was composed of Rubén Aísa García (partner), Catalina Smith Vidalot (director) and Miguel Arrieta Castañé (solicitor).
